Order Problems

If you have a problem with your order. Email us at support@tinyandtimeless.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we can get it fixed for you. 

Will sold out items be restocked? 

As of right now, no items will be restocked once sold out. So grab them while you can! Email us if you have any specific questions at info@tinyandtimeless.com

Our sizes run from 3 month up to childrens size 8. See chart for measurements.

Shipping

We have $5 flat rate shipping for usps and free shipping on orders over $100. Orders placed Monday through Friday (mst) will be shipped via usps within 1-2 business days, pending credit card verification. If you need your order sooner, we also offer local pick up in Salt Lake City, Utah. {Bows are custom made for every order so will take an extra 3-5 days to ship // shoes also take an additional 7-10 days to ship}

Once your order is processed and shipped it will take approximately 2-7 business days to receive your order. We currently only ship within the united states.

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse we do not have access to any additional information aside from the tracking number we provided to you. We recommend reaching out to usps for additional details on your order.

At this time we only ship within the united states, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future! 

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept items in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt. At this time it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping.
